Persian Yazdi Cupcake


2 Ingridients : Cup All Purpose Flour, 1 Cup Sugar, 3 Tbsp Rose Water, 1 Cup milk , 3 Eggs ,1 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1 Tsp Ground Cardamom, 1 Tsp Baking soda 1 tsp bp , 1 tsp instant yeast , Sesame Seeds .

DIRECTIONS: 1- Beat egg until stiff. Add sugar and mix well. Add oil ؛ Direction : blending until well mixed. Add rose water and ground cardamom and stir thoroughly. sift mixture of dry materials into the bowl. Beat the mixture thoroughly. Add wet materiaks & Scoop batter into baking cups. Sparkle sesame seed & pistachio powder over the cupcakes. Preheat oven to 350º F and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove the cupcakes and place them on wire racks to cool completely. If in whole mold ,requires 40 mins time
